**Position:

Mental Health Social Worker

Location: Hybrid (1 day in office, 4 days remote)
Contract: Initial 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extension
Service Area: Adults aged 18-75

**What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct thorough initial mental health assessments to determine individual needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans that empower clients to achieve their goals.
  • Perform mental capacity assessments, ensuring that service user's rights and needs are respected.
  • Lead safeguarding efforts and provide comprehensive case management.
  • Participate in duty work during your designated office day, contributing to the team's overall effectiveness.
  • Apply your in-depth knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act to deliver high-quality care and support.

Requirements:

  • Degree in social care
  • Social Work England Registration
  • Experience in Adult Mental Health
