Working Model - Hybrid (2 times a week in the office)

About the client - My client is the Leading government client.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Meeting Growing Demand:
  • Address the increasing need for advanced digital skills as teams expand.

  • Support individuals facing recurrent application issues, ensuring minimal workflow disruptions and reduced downtime.

  • Introduce and promote new tools like Planner, MS Loop, MS Project, and Microsoft Co-Pilot, guiding their effective use within the organization.

  1. Customised and Timely Training:
  • Provide tailored training sessions to address specific organizational needs, addressing feedback regarding the dissatisfaction with generic and delayed training.

  • Offer ongoing, customized support, particularly for teams heavily reliant on collaborative features like Co-Authoring in MS Word.

  1. Coordination and Support:
  • Play a key role in coordinating engagement sessions for the upcoming case management system implementation.

  • Ensure smooth transitions to new systems, offering technical support to prevent disruptions and maintain operational continuity.

  1. Efficient App Utilisation:
  • Increase awareness of efficient app usage and troubleshooting techniques, empowering employees to fully utilize Office 365 tools.

  • Stay updated on new and enhanced Microsoft applications, facilitating their adoption and maximizing their potential to improve workflows.

  1. Promoting Digital Adoption:
  • Lead digital engagement initiatives to encourage the adoption of digital tools and solutions.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and agility by promoting the benefits of these tools across the organization.
