Due to recent growth in the business they are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Description
As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with financial reports and records.
- Manage day-to-day transactions.
- Purchase Ledger
- Credit Control
- Sales Ledger
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare and manage invoices.
- Support monthly payroll and keep organised records.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the company.
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Experience using Sage
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Job Offer
