The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance Officer to join a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations. They will work closely with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk and maintain the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures (CONC focused)
- Conduct risk assessments and audits
- Provide training and support to employees on compliance matters
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Required knowledge and experience for the Compliance Officer role:
- Minimum of 3 years years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in FCA regulated firms, with a good understanding of the consumer credit and payment services sector, and their relevant regulations.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation (CCA 1974, FSMA 2000, PSRs 2017).
- Knowledge of relevant FCA rules (CONC, DISP, SYSC, SUP).
