Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Stores and Goods In Operative to support the Stores Supervisor. This role provides second line leadership for the team when the Supervisor is not available or on leave.

GBP27k - GBP30k per annum
Duties of the Stores and Goods In Operative:
- Supporting the Supervisor in improvement and supervision of stores systems and processes in line with quality procedures.
- Supporting the Supervisor in improvement and supervision of supplier consignment stocks.
- Support and maintenance in perpetual inventory checks, including consignment stocks
- Support in the supervision of repetitive stock items on production floor, ensuring stock levels are maintained to efficient quantities
- Ensuring all WOs are kitted accurately, on time and as desired by production schedules
- Attending production meetings in the absence of the Stores Supervisor to ensure all scheduling plans are understood and worked to
- Ensuring all deliveries are booked in line with quality procedures
- Supporting the implementation of best practices in stores management controls
- Support the Stores Supervisor in leadership of stores staff
- Supporting other leadership members with daily requests.
- Leadership and support in the promotion of an efficient, tidy and safe working environment.
- Responsibility for continued personal development.
