Description
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estates.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client service at all times.
- Keep up to date with developments in private client law to ensure the provision of accurate and relevant advice.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the legal team to share knowledge and best practice.
- Contribute to business development activities to promote the company's services in the professional services industry.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Profile
A successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
- 6 months+ private client experience
- Experience in handling a varied caseload of private client matters.
- Strong client service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A proactive approach to managing workload and meeting deadlines.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
