Are you an experienced HR Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager with experience leading in a Shared Services function?

If so, then here's a job that might tickle your fancy.... Joining a friendly, dedicated People function and heading up a small team of HR Admins.

Taking ownership of all things administration for HR, Training and Recruitment (e.g. onboarding, induction, and onwards through the employee lifecycle).

This is a relatively new Shared Service function, so there's still plenty to shape and influence here around systems, processes, etc.

Salary is up to £45 ,000 for this hybrid role, with benefits including health & wellbeing support, HAPI benefits/perks platform, pension and 28 days holiday (plus bank hols)

You will be dividing your time between the office in Bradford and working from home - the office is easily commutable from Leeds, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Halifax, Keighley, etc.

This is the perfect job for someone who has experience leading within a HR Shared Service function, who can embed perfect processes and mentor/coach their team to high performance.
