My client, based in Elstree, is looking for a new Warehouse Operative to join their team.

- You must have 5 years continuous work experience for the last 5 years (you may have a gap of up to 30 days but would need to provide a character reference, if the gap is for longer than 30 days, you must have evidence for proof of income)
- You must have either a reach truck or counterbalance licence.
- You must also be a driver with your own means of transport due to the location of the role.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: £24,000-£25,000 + £149 per week for the 1 week in 7 you're on call.
The location: Borehamwood
The Job:
- Working in the Warehouse
- Receiving goods and complete documents
- Place incoming stock items
- Record the location of items on software.
- Maintain correct order of Raw Materials according to GMP.
- Pick & assemble orders.
- Carry out stock counts.
- Operation of counterbalance forklift trucks, reach trucks and other equipment.
- Communication with colleagues
- Maintaining GMP and H&S standards
- Monitor and handle hazardous materials safely.
The Person:
- Proven experience working within a Warehouse environment.
- Must be physically fit due to the nature of the role, heavy lifting etc.
- Ideally have experience in GMP/GDP
- You must have either a reach truck or counterbalance licence.
