Join our Food & Beverage Leadership Team at Seton Sands Haven as a Venue Manager!

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to take a leading role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Parks Eagles Lodge Owners' Bar and Restaurant. As part of our full-time, permanent Food & Beverage Leadership Team, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • A proven track record of leading large teams in a Food & Beverage or similar setting.- Strong experience managing day-to-day operations, performance, resources and cost control.- Confidence in addressing guest concerns and resolving issues, always prioritising first-class service.- Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.- The ability to make sound decisions and prioritise tasks effectively.- A solid understanding of both ‘Front of House' and ‘Back of House' restaurant operations.Who are we?
