Join our client's fast-growing tech team as a Customer Service Coordinator!

We are seeking a highly organised and diligent Bookings Coordinator to efficiently manage our client's scheduling and booking processes. This role is perfect for those who excel under pressure and aim to elevate their organisational skills.

The role is Monday to Friday at our clients Derby offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of booking and scheduling for surveys.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring all bookings are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update scheduling databases and tracking systems with high accuracy.
  • Manage multiple calendars to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to keep all parties informed of booking statuses and changes.
  • Prepare and distribute booking confirmations, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Handle last-minute schedule changes and provide swift solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in handling phone calls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with booking software.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who will stay behind to get the job done.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the survey industry or a similar field is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools.
