Job Title: Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Trafford Park
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum DOE
Shifts: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Type: Permanent
Russell Taylor Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our manufacturing client based in Trafford Park.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all logistics processes are carried out efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The Role:
- Organising shipments for UK customers with logistic partners
- Process orders efficiently using EPICOR and ensure that order confirmations are sent to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse and production, to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
- Ensure accurate transport documentation are issued
- Raise purchase order numbers for freight
- Checking/approving invoices
- Label printing for outbound goods
- Support the Sales and Customer Service team with customer enquiries and requests
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Provide administrative support to Customer Services to ensure that customer needs are met
- Covering reception duties- greeting and signing in customers
- Support for external meetings
The candidate:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience within similar role would be an advantage
- Strong administration experience
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
