Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager for an initial 6 month contract, this is a hybrid role with a minimum of one day a week in the office (Either London or Leeds) - INSIDE IR35.

As the Product Manager you will be executing the product strategies and plans, ensuring they align with the product goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise work, drive innovation, and ultimately provide our players with outstanding experiences.

  • Act as primary point of contact for the product, collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders including marketing, compliance, design, engineering and finance.
  • Leads single squads.
  • Co-ordinate dependencies between tasks, other product teams and projects as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
  • Defines, prioritises, and manages the product backlog ensuring that features are well-defined, estimated, and aligned with our users' needs and business priorities.
  • Continuously evaluates and prioritises features based on our customer's feedback, market research, and business impact, ensuring that the team focuses on delivering maximum value.
  • Ensures accurate and formal product documentation such as feature sheets and user guides.
  • Monitors key performance metrics and user analytics to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
  • Defines product requirements, features and functionalities using agile methodologies.
  • Partners with technology and design teams to deliver a world class product offering, ensure quality, effective and timely product delivery.
  • Drives product metrics that demonstrate product impact for our customers and our business.
  • Contributes to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
  • Any previous experience within gaming/ gambling companies would be an advantage.

There will be an element of travel required to Gibraltar/Malta
