Our Client, North Northants Council, is seeking an Adult's Social Worker to be the Principal Social Worker/Duty Manager.

Responsibilities of this role:
- Hybrid working – 3 days a week office-based minimum.
- Principal Social Worker acting as Duty Manager, attending MAPPA meetings/Channel Meetings - Audits
- To manage complex cases within statutory and legal frameworks.
- To demonstrate active leadership skills, including the ability to make informed and balanced decisions in complex situations, and to be a positive role model to other Social Workers and staff.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience.
