Description
Reporting into the Plant Operations Manager the Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager has a broad remit leading a transformation across systems and behaviours within a busy and fast paced manufacturing operation. You will oversee a team of 12 driving a culture of process development and continuous improvement.
Day to day responsibility will include:
- Challenging and improving existing use of SAP
- Developing collaboration and aligning working practices across all functions
- Driving a high performance culture across a team of 12 (via 2 direct reports)
Profile
A successful Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager should have:
- A strong understanding of end to end supply chain (inc warehouse)
- Proven in developing utilisation and return from ERP systems (ideally SAP)
- An analytical, data orientated approach
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
