Sales and Retention Advisor
Salary: £23,900 + Commission
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
We are representing a successful and growing local company wanting to expand their team in a friendly and active team based in Leeds. Working alongside incredible corporations such as Iceland, Asda and more in a sales driven environment, working with experts who are trained and experienced in the tech and software industry.

The Key Duties of the Sales and Retention Advisor role:
- Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
- Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
- Inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting customers and businesses
- High level of customer service in a professional environment delivering high quality service.
- Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives
The Key Skills of the Sales and Retention Advisor role:
- Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.
- Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.
- 1 year experience in telesales (insurance especially)
- The ability to work on your own initiative.
- Customer service and rapport building skills.
