Customer Service Coordinator

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated candidate who will work as a Customer Service Administrator whose main role will be to deliver outstanding customer service to our customers, and to capture, administer & process orders.

What does the role involve?

As Customer Service Administrator you will take customer queries and orders and process through the system, also updating on order progress, providing an efficient and accurate service for customers. The role will involve in regularly engaging with the sales team. This role will also include face to face customer service.

The successful candidate will require:

  • Excellent customer service, IT skills and educated to a good level of English and Mathematics
  • To be well organised and efficient in order to manage merchandise, promotions and price lists in line with the suppliers and sales team.
  • Previous internal sales support experience, purchasing / sales order processing experience
  • If you have any knowledge of roofing or construction materials would be useful, however all product knowledge will be taught.
