Conveyancing Assistant - Wakefield
Our key client, a forward thinking, modern law firm is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their high performing property department in Wakefield.
The Role
- Deal with and respond to client enquiries
- Assist the fee earners with all aspects of their caseloads from inception to completion
- Service new and existing clients to an exceptional standard
- Deal with any admin and ad hoc duties
- Open and close files for the solicitors and fee earners
The Candidate
- Essential - Possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a conveyancing role
- Previous Case Handling in a remortgage role would be considered.
- Have experience dealing with clients either face to face or over the phone
- Possess excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
