Part - Time Purchase Ledger - Fixed Term Contract

Perhaps you want to learn about Purchase Ledger or you already know how to do it but want some part time work?

During this part time (27.5 hours a week) fixed term contract, you will learn and be doing the following:

  • Processing invoices by matching them with purchase orders and then coding and inputting them
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Dealing with queries and liaising with people both internally and externally to do so

in order to be considered for this part time Purchase Ledger role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A real willingness to learn about purchase ledger or an enthusiasm about the role
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience of Sage 200 would be an advantage
