This role is integral to the Residential Property/Conveyancing team, and we're in search of a friendly and proactive individual with a strong background in Conveyancing Legal Secretarial work. The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running and provide vital support to the Director offering top-notch secretarial and administrative services.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and Correspondence Preparation
- Audio Dictation and Typing
- File Administration.
- Arranging Appointments
- Handling a variety of property-related tasks, such as submitting search requests, ordering documents, and processing applications for transfers and mortgages through the Land Registry.
- Sales Contract Drafting
- Post Exchange Formalities
- Day of Completion and Post-Completion Matters Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing
- Exceptional attention to detail • Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in audio dictation and typing • Knowledge of Land Registry procedures
- Excellent communication skills
