We are looking for an Events and Marketing Coordinator to manage a diverse range of events, from staff celebrations to international sales events. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to their dynamic marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all events, exhibitions, and conferences ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with team members across marketing functions to organise events, including logistics, budget management, and promotions.
- Travel within the UK and internationally to oversee event management as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and ensure all event processes, including health and safety, are adhered to.
- Assist with marketing tasks, including updating collateral, managing corporate gifts, and contributing to sales and marketing materials.
Key Requirements:
- Proven marketing experience and a track record of planning successful events.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva) is a plus.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eligibility to achieve SC security clearance.
