Job Title: Warehouse Despatch Administrator
Location: Head Office near St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- (40 hours per week, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Pay increase after 3-month probation period
Role Overview:
Seeking an adaptable and motivated Despatch Administrator to oversee the UK sales dispatch process. The role serves as a key link between admin and the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate shipping. Experience with courier systems (e.g., FedEx, DPD) is preferred.
Warehouse Admin Key Responsibilities:
- Create despatch labels using courier software.
- Ensure correct labelling of parcels and pallets.
- Book UK pallet collections and manage shipment quotes.
- Support export admin tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse, sales, and other departments.
Warehouse Admin Person Specification
- Experience with MS Office, email, and courier systems (e.g., FedEx, DPD).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Ability to drive (due to location).
