Base salary £30,000.
As you will be managing large client accounts you will earn £40,000 plus year one. Candidates must have PAYE Umbrella or a recruitment experience to be considered for this excellent opportunity. Please note the client is FCSA accredited.
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Nurturing large key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships
- Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries
- Act as a main point of contact for clients in order to meet their needs
- Address and resolve agency queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Regularly contact with key accounts to ensure their needs are being met and to identify potential sales opportunities
- Action cross sell opportunities
- Maintain a record of existing accounts, record account/consultant profile information/
- Account map every account to identify key stakeholders
- Support the team with consultant legislation (IR35) /umbrella training where necessary
- Attend face to face agency visits, and hospitality where required
Role Criteria & Experience
Minimum two years sales or account management experience
Desirable
- To have worked in a similar role where the expectations split
- between sales and support
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience in exceeding call targets
- Superior organisational skills, with ability to work independently with minimal support
- Previous experience collaborating
- Experience in working with and maximising usage of internal systems and Sales CRM system
- Proficient in Microsoft office
