Based in the heart of Edinburgh our client have an international reach with their teams assisting customers on a global scale.
Role- Front of House Operations Coordinator
Salary- £25,000+
Location- Edinburgh
Within this role you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to the businesses clientele, visitors and guests. Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for managing the Front of House whilst combining administrative duties to support key internal stakeholders.
Duties-
FRONT OF HOUSE
- Professionally and promptly meeting and greeting all clients, visitors, and employees
- Managing incoming calls and directing to the appropriate person
- Setting up Teams calls
- Switchboard management
- Setting up and preparing all meeting rooms in advance of any meetings or events
- Arranging recycling/confidential waste uplifts and bags and managing the vendor correspondence
- Opening, distributing/ scanning, franking and mailing post as required
ADMINITRATION
- Supporting the wider office with administrative duties
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Responsible for maintaining stock levels
- Managing a shared email inbox
EVENTS
- Supporting monthly internal team events
- Contributing to the event theme and organisation
- Liaising with internal teams to discuss monthly events
