Reed Business Support are working on a fantastic opportunity for a well-known, leading UK company based within the Financial Services sector.

Based in the heart of Edinburgh our client have an international reach with their teams assisting customers on a global scale.

Role- Front of House Operations Coordinator

Salary- £25,000+

Location- Edinburgh

Within this role you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to the businesses clientele, visitors and guests. Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for managing the Front of House whilst combining administrative duties to support key internal stakeholders.

Duties-

FRONT OF HOUSE

  • Professionally and promptly meeting and greeting all clients, visitors, and employees
  • Managing incoming calls and directing to the appropriate person
  • Setting up Teams calls
  • Switchboard management
  • Setting up and preparing all meeting rooms in advance of any meetings or events
  • Arranging recycling/confidential waste uplifts and bags and managing the vendor correspondence
  • Opening, distributing/ scanning, franking and mailing post as required

ADMINITRATION

  • Supporting the wider office with administrative duties
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Responsible for maintaining stock levels
  • Managing a shared email inbox

EVENTS

  • Supporting monthly internal team events
  • Contributing to the event theme and organisation
  • Liaising with internal teams to discuss monthly events
