Salary: £68,000+ generous car allowance +bonus

DK is proud to be working with an established and well respected maintenance contractor who are looking for their next Business/Operations Manager to oversee their painting, decorating and repairs division across Devon and Cornwall. As their business manager, you'll have full responsibility for your business, caring for your team, managing commercials, and maintaining client relationships
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture your team's talents
- Secure key client relationships and drive new business
- Manage business budget and P&L
- Ensure high-quality work delivery
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrable ability to manage, motivate, and influence teams
- Leadership experience in a similar role with budgets up to £5m
- Success in developing and securing new business
- Competence in both commercial and operational aspects
- Experience managing client and contract KPIs
- Knowledge of current HSE legislation and onsite compliance
