We are currently looking for an Administrator to join an Energy company in the City. This is a 12 month FTC which is likely to go perm and will be paying 26k working 4 days 9-5. This is starting immediately and will also include travel for conferences in Egypt and Malaysia. This could suit someone with 1-2 years Admin experience.
The role
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments
- Continuously update data bases in the CRM system
- Prepare and/or request presentations, and other documents as required
- Manage and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Creating pre-read meeting documents
