Financial/Management Accountant, Permanent - Buckingham - Up to £45,000 + Benefits

A leading, Buckingham based organisation is seeking a Financial/Management Accountant to join their friendly, welcoming, motivated and data driven team.
Will be experienced in handling large volumes of data.
We are seeking a Part Qualified Financial/Management Accountant studying towards CIMA/ACCA or AAT. Alternatively, candidates with relevant experience and Qualified by Experience (QBE) are welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate accounting reports and ensure compliance with statutory returns (VAT, payment practices, capital, annual accounts).
- Oversee trip and charity finances, track and reconcile projects and fixed assets.
- Conduct monthly audits and reconciliations, review internal recharges, and assist with end-of-term stock reviews.
- Assist team members with queries, review invoices and expense claims, and perform weekly payment runs.
- Communicate budget requirements, advise on budget allocations, monitor departmental budgets, and provide guidance.
- Report operating lease obligations, support documentation and claims, assist with insurance queries, coordinate financial reporting, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Data Protection laws.
