The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge and experience of use of finance systems such as Xero
- Prior purchase ledger experience including purchasing of office supplies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant softwarePrior experience with HR Administration
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
