Operations Business Support Manager

Your new role
You will be reporting to the Director of Operations and be expected to work cross-functionally across the wider organisation.

You will provide crucial support to the Director of Operations by ensuring the smooth running of the operations division. You will also perform executive assistant duties, including scheduling and correspondence management, scheduling meetings and providing financial admin support. This dynamic role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational and analytical skills. You will also collect and analyse data, producing insightful reports to inform strategic decisions.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in administrative and executive support.
- Ability to gather, analyse and interpret data with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial and budget management.
- Knowledge and understanding of business theories and practice demonstrated through professional qualifications or equivalent experience (e.g. a level 6 qualification in Business i.e. undergraduate degree, graduate apprenticeship)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
