Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated who is relentless in delivering the wow factor to our customers.

The Digital Marketing Apprentice will be passionate about all functions of communications and marketing and will help support the delivery of effective communications and marketing activities.

You will assist with developing digital marketing campaigns, updating ours and our sister companies social media channels, websites and writing engaging content for all platforms including, online, offline and print.

The role will also provide a range of administrative support services which may include telephone support, organising diaries, managing correspondence, postal services and ensuring all internal online platforms are kept up to date.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sale and Marketing Team in creating and delivering engaging communications activity and marketing projects across all channels.
  • Assisting in creating engaging content for our and our sister companies on digital channels including our social media accounts, website and other relevant platforms.
  • Supporting with marketing activities such as Search Engine Optimisation, data collection and keywords research.
  • Assist in setting up and managing PPC campaigns and analyse campaign performance.
  • Measuring and evaluating the success of Direct Mail Champaign and marketing activities.
  • Updating our and our sister companies' websites using various platforms.
  • Ensuring that all colleagues are kept fully informed of all ongoing activities using our internal CRM systems. (HubSpot, Teams, Halo and Bloom etc).
  • Reporting on the effectiveness of all campaigns using relevant monitoring tools and analytics and use insight improving relevant campaigns and the channels used.

Training is kept in line with course guidelines and timings.

What we are looking for:

  • Passion for digital marketing – a genuine interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn
  • Good communication skills - able to communicate effectively with different audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • Adaptability and flexibility - able to respond to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and tools - Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and relevant marketing tools
  • Willingness to learn and grow - open to training and mentorship to develop skills and knowledge
  • Timekeeping and punctuality in line with company policy
  • With direction and support from the Marketing Manager completing tasks in a timely manner
  • The ability to prioritise own workload in line with company procedures and campaign deadlines

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week - 35hrs per annum.

Salary will range between: £11,900 - £20,820.80 per annum.

Future prospects:
90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship.
