Consultant - Energy & Utilities (Pricing)

What will you be doing?
Your role is to bridge the gap between our client's innovative solutions and their clients' needs. With a strong foundation in project delivery and a comprehensive understanding of the energy sector, you will lead the co-creation of bespoke calculation models. You will:
- Collaborate with customer business experts. Utilise your project delivery skills and energy sector knowledge to craft solutions.
- Develop tailored calculation models, using your understanding of Pricing, Forecasting, and Portfolio management.
- Identify enhancements to our client's solution, establish a project backlog, and direct Data Engineers with development tasks.
- Ensure quality through test creation and execution.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Data Engineers to elevate the delivery of IT projects.
Are you the right person?
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Energy suppliers, or for a Consultancy. They will also have a background focused on Pricing, Forecasting, or Trading.
Requirements:
- 5 years of project delivery experience for an energy supplier.
- Demonstrable expertise in the Energy market.
- An analytical and numerical problem solver with a knack for understanding and addressing complex challenges.
- Proficient in English, with exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
