What's involved? As a Reception Shift Leader you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of reception duties including check-ins/outs, taking enquiries, switchboard, making bookings and dealing guest enquiries as well as resolving any complaints. You will be expected to help both the Reception Manager and Front Office Manager with their daily tasks, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the desk while on shift.
Requirements?
Ideally we are looking for a Senior Receptionist who has proven experience of working in a medium sized hotel (4star +) and is able to deal with high levels of pressure. Also someone with a 'can do' attitude and looking for career development, whilst have good knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
