- £25,000 basic salary - OTE £35,000 - £40,000
- 1 in 4 Saturdays only

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise on a day-to-day basis with clients and handle enquiries
- Book viewings using the company's system
- Complete customer records and update records in the system
- Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
- Carry out valuations and provide advice and support to new clients
- Spot opportunities for new business
- Support junior members of the team
- Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate
- Negotiate and agree buyer offers
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous experience is needed
- Valuation experience is highly desirable
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have solid IT skills
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- A valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
