Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.
You will support Novuna's vision to be one of the trusted brands for financial services in Europe by unlocking the potential of individuals, business, and society by delivering innovative solutions and outstanding customer experiences.

As a member of the Novuna Apprenticeship Scheme, you will participate and contribute by working as part of a current placement team to deliver in line with each placement team's outputs, whilst developing knowledge and skills in line with the Graduate Scheme's and business requirements.

You will also work collaboratively to create opportunities to support the success of Novuna.
And enhance, develop and comply with all corporate governance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Deliver and demonstrate fair customer outcomes to all Novuna customers
  • Adhere to corporate governance regimes and ensure effective processes and working environment are in place to manage and minimise risk
  • Ensuring a customer orientated approach to all work-based tasks
  • Develop and implement solutions and deliver requested enhancements to the existing data and analytics platform, ensuring understanding of what it takes to run a technical service that our customers depend upon
  • Build relationships with the wider Data Communities to build personal and the D&A team profile
  • Create engaging content to help internal customers use the data and analytics platform

Entry requirements:
Standard entry:

  • Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc)
  • OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)

Plus:

  • 5 GCSE's, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
  • Experience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Salary: £23,088 per annum.

Future prospects:

Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
