- Salary: £90 per day
- Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible
- Contract Type: Long-term, with potential for a permanent role after a successful trial period

Key Responsibilities:
- Behaviour Support: Work closely with students to manage and support their behavioural needs, implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour.
- Individualized Learning: Provide one-on-one and small group support tailored to the individual needs of students, helping them engage with the curriculum.
- Consistency: Maintain a stable and supportive presence, fostering a safe and encouraging environment for students to thrive.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on student progress, adjusting support strategies as needed to meet their evolving needs.
Requirements:
- Behaviour Expertise: Significant experience in supporting students with challenging behaviours, particularly in an SEN setting.
- Passion for SEN: A strong commitment to working with students with emotional and social needs, with a focus on creating positive outcomes.
- Experience: Previous experience in an SEN educational environment is highly desirable, with a proven track record of effective behaviour management.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Proactive Approach: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
