M365 AI Business Analyst - Hiring ASAP

Summary
- The business analyst will work with various stakeholders to understand, document, and optimize existing and new ways of working, focusing on M365 and AI solutions.
- The business analyst will identify and prioritize business needs and requirements and work with SMEs to identify opportunities to use M365 and AI solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and innovation.
- The business analyst will document the current ways of working, challenges, and pain points of the business stakeholders and end-users and work with SMEs to implement new and improved ways of working using M365 and AI solutions that address business needs and goals.
- The business analyst will communicate and collaborate with Business stakeholders, Technology, Vendors and end-users to design, test, and implement M365 solutions that meet business objectives and user expectations.
- The business analyst will oversee support, and feedback to end-users and stakeholders on the adoption and use of M365 and AI solutions.
- The business analyst will monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of M365 and AI solutions and ways of working to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis and process mapping to understand and document the current and future state of business processes and workflows, focusing on M365 and AI technologies.
- Engage with organisational stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate business needs, requirements, and expectations for M365 and AI solutions.
- Work with Technology SMEs, and end-users to design, configure, and customise M365 and AI solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions are fit for purpose and meet user expectations.
- Assist in developing training materials and sessions for end-users and stakeholders on the features, benefits, and usage of M365 and AI solutions.
- Collect and analyse feedback and data from end-users and stakeholders on the performance and impact of M365 and AI solutions.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations on the outcomes, benefits, and challenges of M365 and AI solutions and suggest improvements and enhancements.
Skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a M365 environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate and document business needs and requirements.
- Able to create functional personas that represent the needs, goals, and preferences of different user groups and scenarios and use them to guide the design and adoption of M365 solutions.
- Knowledge of M365 tools and platforms, such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and end-users across the organization.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
