Commercial Sales Negotiator

They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Consultant to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen understanding of the commercial property market, particularly in serviced and flexible office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their office space needs.
  • Present and promote our portfolio of serviced offices and flexible workspaces.
  • Conduct viewings and tours of properties with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with the best possible advice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial property sales, preferably in the serviced and flexible office sector.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).

What They Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £50,000.
  • Generous on-target earnings (OTE) of £60,000 - £100,000.
