Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk

An experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to join our client's prestigious business in Northampton on a part time basis. Hours to be approximately 20 per week across 3, 4 or 5 days. There is flexibility.

You will be working as part of a small team reporting directly into the Company Accountant and will take responsibility for the purchase ledger function.

Key duties will include:

  • Dealing with and resolving queries from suppliers
  • Maintaining the day-to-day purchase ledger
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Processing invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Month end reporting

You should have at least 2 years purchase ledger experience, be IT literate with excellent organisation and communication skills.
