I am working alongside a large and established UK Law firm who are looking for an experienced Wills and Probate Paralegal to join their Lifetime Planning team, handling Wills, Trusts, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters.

Key Responsibilities of Wills and Probate Paralegal:
- Liaise with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face on behalf of lawyers, handling queries and taking instructions.
- Assist with drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage the administrative aspects of cases, including invoicing, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Attend client meetings to ensure accurate records and follow-up actions.
Requirements for Wills and Probate Paralegal:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience draftings will and/or probate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
