Property Auctions Advisor – Benefits

Property Auctions Advisor– Responsibilities
- Speaking to potential buyers regarding upcoming auctions
- Educating new buyers on auction process
- Informing your list of buyers of new units coming on
- Build interest to upcoming auctions, building relationships and maintaining a key list of investors
- Assisting buyers with registering their bids
- Support with sellers
- Assist with auction day set ups
- Take pictures and measure ups of local properties coming to auction
- Carry out viewings if needed
- The successful Property Auctions Advisor will have a sales background of at least 12 months, ideally within a property related role with strong sales experience both in a face to face and over the phone capacity. You will be naturally proactive, a strong relationship builder and someone who can use their own initiative.
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous Estate Agent property experience is ideal
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
