As an Ad hoc Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all clients and visitors. Your primary duty will be to greet individuals, answer phone calls, and provide accurate information regarding the organisation's services. You will also handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage meeting room bookings, and undertake general administrative tasks.
To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience as a Receptionist and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answering and transferring phone calls to the appropriate departments
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing packages
Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring that all arrangements are in place
Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
Providing accurate information about the organisation's products and services
Ensuring that all client requests and inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
