Client Details

A very well respected organisation.

Description

You will be working with real talented team of IT professionals supporting up to 60 internal staff members via their IT ticket system ensuring the smooth troubleshooting of IT related issues. It is a 35-hour working week Monday to Friday, and this role is paying market day rate!!

What you will bring to the role:

  • You will prioritise and log end user issues and queries.
  • Troubleshooting desktop, laptop and server issues**.**
  • Maintenance and installation of PCs and printers.
  • Advising internal staff members with regards to their IT related issues.
  • Providing both 1st and 2nd line Helpdesk Support.
  • Exposure to Windows 2012/2016/2019
  • Experience with maintaining and restoring backups in Veeam.
  • VMware exposure would be highly advantageous.
  • Active Directory exposure.

Please note this role is office based 5 days per week.

Profile

The Successful Applicant:

This is a great role for a Service Desk Analyst who has experience working with ticketing systems and has strong people skills in order to work with End Users successfully.
