Key Responsibilities:
- Informing customers about scheduled power outages via phone, email, and text.
- Providing detailed information on outage timings and expected duration.
- Advising customers on how to prepare and what to expect during outages.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues related to planned outages.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Hours:
Shift work - 37 Hours between the following times:
Monday to Friday: 8am-10pm
Saturday: 8am-5pm
