Our client, a dynamic and impactful organisation, is seeking a Administrator to join their team. As a Team Administrator, your main responsibility will be to provide essential administrative support in order to help the team deliver their targets effectively. This is a permanent position with an annual salary of £28,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the project mailbox, promptly responding to emails and following up on outstanding responses as directed by colleagues.
  • Coordinating the diaries of Employment Advisors and scheduling appointments for participants as required.
  • Managing participants' appointments and sending reminders.
  • Contacting new referrals and prescreening them for sign-ups.
  • Checking in with existing clients to assess in-work support requirements.
  • Maintaining regular one-to-one meetings with Employment Advisors to ensure accurate and updated information on the CRM system.
  • Acting as a link between participants and Employment Advisors, ensuring all necessary information is readily accessible.
  • Updating records on the master database (CRM System).
  • Assisting the Programme Manager in producing monthly reports.
  • Conducting satisfaction surveys to gather valuable feedback.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Being a positive role model for team members and colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Promoting equal opportunities and customer care in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrating commitment to safeguarding procedures and policies.
  • Working flexibly as required, which may include working outside of normal hours.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience in data entry and database management.
