Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Ledger: Manage and process purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and prompt payments.
- Sales Ledger: Handle sales invoices and monitor outstanding accounts receivable.
- Employee Expenses: Review and process employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Daily Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily bank reconciliations to keep accurate financial records.
- Supplier Queries: Address and resolve supplier queries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.

Education: AAT qualified.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, especially Xero.

Strong typing and data entry skills.
