National Training Manager

Reed Human Resources are seeking an experienced National Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of training programmes across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will manage all training centre premises and work closely with various teams to ensure the effective implementation of training that aligns with product launches and market demands.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training to stakeholders within the UK and Ireland.
  • Manage current and future Training Centre premises.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align training with product launches and market requirements.
  • Build strong working relationships with Area Sales Managers and the Technical Team to achieve training attendance goals.
  • Work in conjunction with the Product Marketing Senior Specialist for new product implementation.
  • Coordinate with the Group in Italy to develop future training offerings for the UK and Ireland market.
  • Travel across the UK and Ireland to deliver training as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge within the heating and renewable industry.
  • Full, clean driver's license.
  • Hold relevant industry qualifications.
  • Strong organisational and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
