Sales Progressor
An brilliant opportunity to join a leading Estate Agency based in Bristol. As our client encounter more growth we are now looking to recruit a sales progressor to join this is an important role ensuring transactions move at a good pace throughout the conveyancing process.
We are looking for an organised individual capable of delivering excellent customer service. Full training will be provided however some previous estate agency or legal experience will be and advantage. This role is open to both full/part time hours with a minimum of 3 days per week to be worked with remote working a option.
Sales Progressor core Duties
- Ensuring purchasers & vendors are offered best advice and support to ensure each milestone of conveyancing process is met in a timely manner.
- Pro-actively, effectively negotiating 'moving dates' with buyers/sellers and extended chain to ensure earliest possible exchange of contracts and legal completion
- Liaise with sales team and all parties to ensure relevant details & documentation is obtained/ produced to commence conveyancing and meet all compliance requirements
- Receiving, recording and presenting revised offers. Re-negotiate offers on seller's instructions
The Ideal Sales Progressor will have
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate self and contribute to a team
- Efficient use in using computer systems & Microsoft applications.
Sales Progressor Package.
- Salary - £24,000 to £25,000 OTE £26,000
- Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm
- Free parking
- Part time or Fulltime available
