Role Summary
A small central London law firm are actively looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
This is a truly mixed commercial disputes role at an established London practice. You will be responsible for a mixed caseload of commercial disputes, mainly in the High Court. Matters will include advising on: shareholder disputes, insolvency, commercial contracts, professional negligence, among others.
You will sit in a small sub team and be based in central London.
Ideally you will have a mixed commercial disputes background although this role does not cover property litigation.
This role lends itself to Solicitors that want to work in London as well as those that want to be more general commercial litigators.
Experience Required
- Be a UK qualified Litigation Solicitor with 2-8 PQE
- Possess insolvency experience - desirable not essential
