Freightserve recruitment are looking for a COS Coordinatior for a major freight Forwarder based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.
Job Purpose:
To expedite client invoicing and administrate the accrual of supplier invoices on TMS
Responsibilities:-
- To invoice job file all modes by quote issued or if the is a tariff agreed with the client
- Ensure accuracy to all costs and sales completed
- Exception report to supervisor any loss shipments
- Maintain the Purchase matching system
- Invoice the job file to the client, ensuring that the SOP's are followed, sending the invoice either electronically, via customer portal, as per the individual clients requirements
- To work within a busy office environment
- Flexible attitude to working in a multi-modal environment
- Ensure the department processes and expedite the client facing invoicing
- Ensure files are completed correctly
- Maintain a high level of customer service with the customers
- Maintain liaison with all operational and support departments
- Maintain Cass Queries
- Month end closure
- Handling the courier department accounting
Education and Experience Requirements:-
- Excellent ICT skills to include Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
- Fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Attention to detail
- Friendly, calm and professional manner
- Ability to handle pressure and good time-management
- Enthusiasm and self-motivated
