The responsibilities of the successful Hygiene Team Leader:
- Carry out physical activities related to the hygiene of the production lines as required in the Interim Cleaning Procedures to ensure physical, microbiological, allergenic and chemical hazards are controlled
- Ensure chemical control compliance in the factory is carried out
- Monitoring checks on the security and stock availability
- Responsible for GMP compliance in the tray washing area
- Verify compliance with chlorine applications on floors
- Monitoring the cleaning activity which is carried out by production teams
- Performing ATP swabs
- Play an active role in the microbiological improvement action plans.
- Support the Site Standards Manager and QA team in microbiological investigations
- Control of hygiene paperwork ensuring completion is accurate and complete
Essential criteria for the Hygiene Team Leader:
- Experience within the food industry
- High care hygiene understanding
Desirable criteria for the Hygiene Team Leader:
- Experience in a similar role
- COSHH
