Our client is a leading provider of fire safety solutions who are growing rapidly and now require a Telesales Representative.
In this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling fire safety products and services to prospective customers over the phone. This is a crucial role in growth strategy by identifying customer needs, providing expert advice, and closing sales.
Location:
Maidstone (Kent)
Salary
: Competitive base salary + commission the range between 30k-40k depending on experience.
Hours
: Monday - Friday 0800-1600
You will
- Conduct outbound telesales to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up.
- Present and promote fire safety products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and products.
